lost email password

 i'm trying to access my virgin media but i lost my password and the virgin doesn't send me a link to set a new password any idea round this because the customer service support system are terrible

VM now require a different email address for the account.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
