I too have been having the same problem.
My old email address –xxx@blueyonder.co.uk - has been hacked by fraudsters. They have got into my account with you and changed the password for several of my old accounts. They are trying to bully me into giving them $750.
I have tried contacting the Virgin Media helpdesk, and after 30 minutes I was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours, that was 2 days ago! I haven't heard back.
Please help.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
