My wife has not been able to access her email set up as a secondary email years ago & no, it's always been virginmedia & we have never moved home. wife is upset as I've tried accessing her email through virgin. Mail & outlook. it's totally disappeared & repeatedly says email not recognised & passwords not accepted. driven me nuts as not been able to access her email for over a week now. totally not acceptable. Why can't virgin just leave things alone & not complicate things.
