I am unable to change my email address - each time I try I am returned to the page telling me that in order to verify that it is me I need to change my email address

Well I have done this but...you can never go back...which leaves me thinking...are VM wanting to quit doing Email? because why else can't you use your Email from VM after you do this as a login...

I also have this problem and are stuck in a loop of trying to get a verification email as it says I have already asked to change it and need to click the link. I have never received a link and there is no option of resending it.
If you manage to get a call centre to fix this please at least let us know it is possible as so far the call centres and chat have been unable to help
