email account disappeared

When I try to access a secondary account used by my partner I get a pop up asking if I want to translate from Luxombourgish. When this goes, the page shows a " Forbidden " message.

My partner needs these emails to get notifications about medical appointments.

We have support here in regards to additional email accounts. Please follow the advice and sets there and let us know if this helps resolve the issues.
