i was proeted to change my virginmeadia log in to a non virgin emial? and this was done ok
i now can only log in to it on my phone on chrome but not a computer in crome or edge to get to my emials
https://oauth.virginmedia.com/ i put my user name in and password i have reset 3 times and no help getting on just says password or emil is incorect but if i log on to the phone logs me in ok to the app and then i open chrome to go to Emil link dos a bio check from my phone to log me in ok

Sorry to hear about these issues with your email, following a change to a non-VM email for your My VM login.
Presumably you are using the new updated (Non-vm) email address to try and log in. Have you also tried using the original My VM email address as the login? What happens when you try to log in with this instead?
As it's working on an alternative device this indicates you may need to try clearing cookies and cache on the computer you were attempting to log in with! You can also try using an alternative browser, or 'Incognito' / 'Private browsing' Mode to confirm if this is the case.
