can't get Email while using 4G etc but works fine on home wifi.

for last 2 days I cannot access my ntlworld email account while out and about     just hangs at the mail2.virginmedia.com    from my bookmarks or via Virgin.com directly...... ??

works fine on home wifi...  any ideas thanks

I am having the exact same issue. Works fine on wifi the moment I turn it off the bar slightly goes up on the safari page on the Iphone and then it just stays there with a white screen and will not load. I really need access to my emails if anyone knows what the issue is and how to fix it...never had the problem before

Hey JohnHemel, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

What network are you with and also what phone do you have is it fully updated? 

This sounds like you could be in a place with no signal / low signal, the good news the email is working on a WIFI connection so this means there is no issue with this.

I would also advise to use the mail app instead of going onto a browser.

It’s nothing to do with the phones or the networks as there are lots of people having this issue and it needs to be sorted asap if possas i need to use my emails in work but it will not load unless im on my wifi

Matthew this is not phone related..I have 5G on EE and Android 14....as all the others say this is a widespread technical issue......

try now... They seem to have fixed this in HP2 at least ...
