Hi
My wife has just upgraded from an iPhone 11 to a 15 and is unable to access her emails using the native iOS mail app.
I generated a new password as per the instructions and the app managed an initial download of emails but then just gets the circle of death and 'checking emails' message with no success. I have restarted the phone and then separately turned Wi-Fi off and tried via her mobile signal - both measures achieved the same result, an initial download of emails but then just the circle of death when she went to check her emails again
Anybody else have any experience of this and/or has any suggestions for a fix?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues wit the email your wife is facing.
Is your wife able to sign in online on the Virgin Media webpage with the email?
Or is it just this device only?

Hi thanks for replying.in the end it was a case of a disappearing password. The app seems to be now retaining the password and she has not had any issues for a few days now.
