Can someone at Virgin Media tell me what they are doing to stop this happening?

The problem recurrs every 2 weeks.

Are you trying to access via the My VM app 👉 or desktop site 👉

If you can also please advise which browser you are using, the operating system, and the device. (If you are able to test across multiple devices, please let us know the details for each!)
