I've got a problem with the webmail whereby you can't compose or reply. It affects all of my devices and different browsers. I've been waiting for it to get fixed as I've seen others also have this problem. It seems just to be the web application because I can compose etc through a generic email program using my login details.
Can somebody fix this please?

In webmail is the highlighted area shown below blank (it usual contains the account name initials) and Reply to sender, Reply to all recipients, Forward, Delete options not selectable?
If you select ⚙ > Accounts, is it blank, i.e. similar to the following:

Yes both like that, no initials and the other page is blank
