My Virgin media mailbox has been locked / unavailable for 3 months now and despite numerous attempts to unlock and access my emails it remains unavailable. 3 IT technicians have tried and failed and every time I try to generate a new password it just doesn't work. Is there anything further that can be done before I just give up?

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
