Virgin Media account hacked

Hi, my virgin media account has been hacked and I can't change the password. I have lost access to my email linked to this (an ntlworld account) as well and my facebook account has been taken over via this and all my contacts are getting requests for e gift cards! Please can someone advise how get this back.
