Hi - I’ve had my email addresses Virgin.net for many many years and received an email saying as I don’t have a Virgin Media account they will be removed in 30 days!
I definitely do have an account and am in mid contract so hope you can help - I can send the email to you but guess not on this link.

@kenat79 If the virgin.net account and your current VM broadband account are in the same account holder name then you may be able to retain the virgin.net email address. Otherwise it will be closed. The VM Forum Team will respond here in due course to follow up with you.

Welcome back to the community forums.
Sorry to hear you're impacted by the removal of the older email addresses.
As Graham_A has kindly taken the time to advise, if you know the account holder names on both the email account and Virgin Media services account are the same, then we can transfer your older email into the primary email for your active broadband account. What this will do, however, is replace the existing primary email on the broadband, so this would be lost. Let us know if the account holders are the same ( to the best of your knowledge) and if you're happy to loss the existing primary email for the broadband account.
