Unable to sign into virgin account

I believe others have or having the same problem not being able to sign into their account. I'm also going round in circles. trying to reset password. I got through to a real person and spent nearly an hour trying sought it out. sending me emails that never came and I did get an email the link would send me back to reset password which would not work. I got really frustrated and had to terminate the phone call. 

Come on Virgin get it together.

Any one got an answer to this problem?

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Hi, I logged out of virgin app. and cannot log back in. I request a new password reset but, get the email, click the link and get a message link timed out. I cleared history and caches on mobile and MacBook  and try resetting again. Going round in circles again.

Please help.
