I've been trying to change the app password for virgin media email. It says I need to change the account email to a non-virgin one but when I try to do so I get a message "You've recently requested to change the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media. Please check your emails and verify this change before making further account changes." I have not received any email so can't get past this.
