Hello there
I am hoping someone can help me. My ntlworld email has been hacked and they have accessed the majority of my online accounts.
I have contacted virgin media via WhatsApp and the phone and they have said they cannot help me as I am basically not a virgin media customer and do not have an active account with them
I have seen them help people on here and so I do not know why they refuse to help me. I am very worried and just want the email account closed

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the E-Mail account.
We will be able to have this closed down for you, provided you are the account holder for the services in which the E-Mail address was attached.

You would need active services to have an email with us as per our terms here
Just to confirm sorry you do not have any active services with us at all?
