I’ve had a Virgin.net email account for the last 20 or so years and was working fine until a couple of days ago. It has not let me reset my password or get into my email in any way. Looking at your community message boards it seems you have started to delete these emails if the customer does not have any Virgin utilities and that you allegedly sent an email giving customers 30 days notice. I have never received this email and so was unaware of you closing my account and therefore have not been able to back up or transfer any of my account over. Surely you should be able to temporarily re-activate my account for a few days to give me time to transfer? I’ve tried contacting your online support but it seems they think I’m speaking Vulcanese such is the use they have been. Please contact me directly urgently as this need sorting ASAP. Thanks
