Hi, I have an old blueyonder email that I need deleting to avoid hackers. I was a Virgin Media customer until last year when I had to leave because Virgin could not supply my new address. My family had 4 blueyonder email addresses which now need to be deleted ( I was told that would happen automatically after 90 days, but they are still active). I obviously no longer have access to my Virgin Media account online as they have closed it. Please help! Thank you 🙏🏻

Sorry to hear of your concern about your Blueyonder email not being deleted within the 90 days we advise. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop down.
