Old NTL email hacked

I have an old nil email account which I thought would be deleted after 90 days of us leaving Virgin Media (we moved to an area Virgin doesn't cover 2 years ago). This account has now been hacked and I'm receiving threatening emails and pornographic spam, and it is clearly being used to send spam to others. Please can someone tell me what I need to do to get this account deleted. Thanks loads, Emma

Sorry to hear about your email not being deleted, hacked and the content that is being shared.

You have come to the right place as we will be able to get this email address closed for good.

If you check the log top right of your screen for a private message that would be great.

I just need some details from you, with this being a public page its best to ask privately.
