My wife’s ntlworld.com email account has become inaccessible and not for the first time. The error message on all devices (web, iPad and iPhone) is the same - no password provided, even though when you go into settings the correct password is detailed on all devices and it was working minutes before it stopped, since when nothing was changed.
I have a sneaking suspicion that Virgin do this periodically in the hope that people will switch to another provider - is anybody else having the same issues?

I doubt that VM would do this deliberately.
But their email service has become so unreliable, as evidenced by the many complaints on here, that it is clear they have no interest in its future.
It's a constant surprise to me that so many users continue to risk their personal communications to such an untrustworthy system.
It really is time for people to move on.

I'm very sorry to hear that your wife is having some trouble accessing her email account/address. Is she also having issues accessing it via the webmail platform on our website? I know you've mentioned web in your post, but it's not clear if that's via a third party mail client.
