Trying to open my email all I get is:
'Connection timed out. Please try reloading the page'
I try reloading it but keep getting the same message. Any one any solutions.

Exactly the same for me. This has been going on for 3 days now and still not resolved. Nothing on Virgin website. Tried ringing but only get recorded message that there is an issue in my post code. No help whatsoever.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your email access.
We were aware of a know issues accessing, sending, receiving email. This has since been resolved as of 9am this morning.
