NTLWORLD EMAIL BEEN HACKED

My email address has been hacked and now I have been locked out of everything, including Virgin Media. 

I am not able to change my password as it will not let me on to do this and when I call, it does not allow me to proceed any further. 

Can you help me do to this via this forum as now at a loss at what else to try.

Hi Rob, sorry for the late message. I’ve been through my emails and was quite scared of a message received from the hacker! I’m now wanting to delete my ntlworld address altogether once I’ve updated everyone of my new address. Is it possible to delete the email address forever?
