My Ntlworld email account has been hacked.

I need to close this email account urgently. 
please help.

Hi Dan25, I am in the same situation. I’m going round in circles with VM. Just want to delete my ntl email address.  Have you managed to do this? It’s causing me no end of stress. Very very frustrating. Thanks!
