I have 2NTL accounts. One for bills re broadband, phone and wifi, the other my wife uses as her email. Or should I say used to because it seems to have disappeared? When I log in and look for secondary account it’s not there? When my wife tries to get her emails it says there is no password “go to settings on iPad”. The password is there and has been for a long time. Anyone any ideas?

Thanks all for replies, but as I said I called Virgin last Monday and it was fixed by Wednesday and my secondary email has returned
