My email account has been hacked but I cannot change password

I need help! My email account has been hacked but I cannot change password. I do not receive the email to verify change.

If you can get into settings, there's a redirect option, set it to an email not connected to VM.  Change passwords on Amazon, FB, insta etc. They're usually after your identity.

I redirected email and  should have received an email to verify but didn’t get it.

Can you please confirm if you have since been able to make the required adjustment to the E-Mail password?
