I've received notification of password resets on apps that I haven't requested and a lot of undeliverable emails that I haven't sent. I can’t work out how to change the password. I have an active VM account for tv, broadband and phone. Can I get help please?

I'm keen to see a reply to this as I'm in exactly the same situation. I've logged into VM a (not email), gone into ac properties and picked the edit password option. It says you first need to change your email address to a non-VM and gives you the link to do so. It sends an email to the ac you specify and provides a 'verify email address' link which takes me to a VM sign-in page. I presume at this point I have to use the new email address with the old password (as I haven't yet changed that). However, it gives an error that "you haven't confirmed this email address yet" - that's exactly what I was trying to do. Honestly, I feel like screaming.
