I had a second Blueyonder email address which has been receiving spam recently. The only thing is I cannot access this from anywhere, even webmail. It seems to have disappeared but is still active, does anyone know how to access this?

Sorry to hear of the issues accessing one of your secondary email accounts, we appreciate the confusion caused and you taking the time to raise this via the forums.
To manage a secondary or additional email account, you need to sign in to My Virgin Media using the email address and password of the secondary account (instead of signing in to the primary account to manage things). Each additional account should have its own unique email and password. Have you tried to acces it via webmail on our website? What error message do you get when trying to access that email account?
