Hi Sabrina,
I'm having the same email problem. I've had a Virgin email for 25 years. Now it has locked me out. As you can guess, that means I could lose a lot of contacts. It's an old legacy account.
I've tried all the solutions that have appeared on these threads (changing email, password, third party accounts) but the problem seems to be at the Virgin server end.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Kath,
I've had the same email issue as RichardF77 above. After using a Virgin email for 25 years I am now locked out. I've tried the methods suggested on the forum but it just hits a brick wall at some point.
ie. it doesn't recognise the account, or won't allow you to change the password.
I will lose a lot of valuable information/contacts if I can't log in so appreciate any assistance with this.
