VM have blocked our IP address due to bad e mails they say. Four hours on phone help yesterday got nowhere, passed from pillar to post, no help at all. Cut off several times. Looking at this forum looks like we are not they only ones and the resolution is a new hub. Please can someone help.

Forget the phone support, I wasted hours on that too when this exact same thing happened to me a couple of weeks back.
There's an online support route (even though it says it's not for support). Instructions below. This worked for me and it was fixed fairly rapidly (well within 24 hours).

Thank you, tried that and it has worked. Seems a common problem so don't understand why phone support couldn't have told us what it was.
