I get threatening ghost email, how do i stop this

I keep getting threatening ghost emails which go in to spam, it has my email address but I don't send them, I keep sending them to the government and virgin anti phishing email but I still get them.

If the emails are correctly identified as spam then just ignore them; there is also no need to report them as they are correctly identified as malicious.

What I do is view email full source, then copy and paste full source including headers to spamcop.net. (requires registration) this tags any future emails with REPORTED_IN_SPAMCOP in headers
