Hi,
Was just wondering if anybody on here could assist with the above query please, a few years ago we were using an NTL email address with our Virgin Media Broadband account (it migrated through to Virgin when they took over NTL many years ago now).
We cancelled Virgin broadband about 4 years ago but only recently remembered about the NTl email address that was being used with it (we believe some people may still have it as a contact for us), we cannot access this email account anymore, login credentials keep getting rejected and we never receive an email doing the "Forgot password" method.
I am assuming it has been deleted but is there any way I can confirm this?, as we were concerned that a potential third party could try and access it over time if it is a dormant email account.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi there @JBoy1
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with an old email address. We do delete emails that are not attached to current and active Broadband accounts after 90 days of an account being cancelled. However this can sometimes take longer. We would not be able to reinstate the email address for you but we can request that it is fully deleted on our side for you. I will be pop you a private message now to arrange.
I will pop you a PM across now, please keep an eye out for the envelope at the top of your screen alerting you to a new message.
