I wonder can someone help me understand an email I have received from Virgin Media, it is an offer of and increase of £3.00 per month and an 18 month contract to upgrade my current deal.
Is this paying an extra £3 on my current price for the next 18 months or is it £3 on the price Virgin will charge when my contract ends in September
I would be extremely wary of any offers unless it is printed in black and white and you have a copy. It could be £3 pm for an upgrade for 18 months, but what about your existing discounts when it ends with your original 18 month period? Does this discount end and you end up paying the full price plus a further £3 pm?
