Hi
My ntlworld email has been hacked and I have been trying to change the password or close the account. I have phoned virgin media and O2 and tried everything else unsuccessfully. Could someone from Virgin Media please help.

We're sorry to hear your email address has been hacked. This is something we can certainly look into for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Good evening, I am really distraught. I have been a VM customer since the days of NTLWORLD and I still have a mobile contract with VM. Unfortunately my ntlworld email account has been hacked and I'm now locked out of it. Is there anything you can do to help? I really need to get my connectivity to my email restored so i can move important info over to my new email account. Kind regards Leon

We're sorry to hear your email has been hacked. Unless you have an active Virgin Media Broadband account in your name, we wouldn't be able to do what we need to do in order to recover the account. Lets check things and see what your options are.
