Hi Matthew (and Graham). I've reset my password but still no joy with syncing my IMAP account, when I use the email address & password it doesn't recognise it. See message below:

NPass Having reset the My VM account password for the email address have you also gone through the process of generating an app password for the account as this is needed for MS Outlook?
