Hi I have an existing long term virginmedia email address. I can access it on my Samsung phone. I can no longer access it on my Samsung tablet or my laptop (via Outlook)as I can't remember the password. How can I reset just the email password so that I can update it on the tablet and laptop?thanks, Ian.

@Bensonboo A recent change implemented by Virgin Media means that you have to change the email username to a third party email address before you can change the email password.

VM have recently changed the log in requirements for accessing VM Mail via third party apps.
If you change the password for the account in My Virgin Media > Account settings > Account details you will not be able to use the new password to access the account via an email client. Email client access now requires an app specific password which can be generated in the MyVM > Account Settings > Account details > Mailbox App password management
