Getting completely fed up with the amount of spam emails saying my bill is ready to download - at least 10 a day . What has happened to virgin email spam detection - we shouldnt be getting all these they should be stopped at source

Are these emails coming from the same sender? If so, you can set up an email filter rule to stop these spam emails from coming through to your normal inbox.
Our email service is set up to filter out these sorts of emails, however sometimes, some can still fall through the net. You can take a look at our page here with information on how to deal with spam/phishing emails.
