Looking for help as after 2 weeks Virgin support still cant reset an email
The email address got hacked into so virgin blocked it but I can no longer get into it as after 7 calls with Virgin, getting nowhere.
I keep getting 3-5 business days but when i chase, the try and then has to go back to 3-5 business days

Any update on this. Took 2 days to get through security with emails boincing back and forward. Now i have someone trying to hack into the email. I have already lost £200 pound due to Virgin inept security now 1 month on still no resolve and the call centre keep raising tickets. This has to be the worst customer service i have ever seen.
