Email blocked October 2024

Trying to access my virgin media email account and it's showing as: - 

Blocked

You couldn't be authenticated. pingone.mfa.failed.request.limit.reached

This is on my laptop and on my S24 Ultra.  What is the problem?  I can't find an answer.

I get something very similar - been like it for the last 60 minutes or so.

I get this message:

Blocked

You couldn't be authenticated. Server error.

In the page source code it has this:  <!-- template name: pingone-mfa-failed.html -->

Tried three different browsers on a Win11 PC and also different browsers on iOS devices.

All fail with the same message as above.

I’m also getting the same message.  I’ve been trying for the last hour. I can’t even sign into my virgin account.

I honestly don’t know why I am still with Virgin 🙄

The Virgin Media service status check doesn't show anything of significance and neither does the Down Detector website (for the last couple of hours anyway).

Well, day two & still not working!  Virging media any updates on sorting this oroblem out? I am not the only one...

I have the same message "Blocked. You couldn't br suthenticsated. server error". So I am unable to view my bill or my emails. The DownDetector website suggests that there have been significant problems since about 2pm yesterday
