Hello.
My husband contacted the community yesterday regarding a problem with my email account, but you would not help him as he is not the registered account holder. (Original thread here: https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Email-account-locked/td-p/5538205 )
So, as the account holder, can we now please get some assistance with our problem. The secondary email account that I use every day seems to be locked. We have tried to go through the steps to change the password to My Virgin Media, but we get a message saying "Before you change your password, we need you to verify your recently updated email address". However we can't progress this because the link is sent to the account that is locked, and hence can't access.
It is just this one email account that is affected. The primary, and all other secondary accounts are working normally
We would be grateful for an early reply to sort this problem out.
