Hi. I am having the same issue and feel as if I am going round in circles trying to find a solution.  How did you manage to get a PM from a Virgin CA. I am very anxious to get this sorted.  Thanks

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

Sorry to hear of the email issues, though a lot of times, things are sorted without a PM.

You firstly need to ensure your My Virgin Media username is not a VM email. How to change - log in to the online account then go to account settings and underneath the 'email' header, click edit this and change to a non-VM email. You'll then get a verification email, click this, verify the change and that sorts it.

If you've already done this, simply sign in to the online account, click 'account settings' and then manage my Virgin Media mail settings, Generate new app password. Wait twenty minutes and the email will be unlocked 🙂
