I have now been 3 weeks without e-mail because Virgin disabled my account without informing me? Despite numerous phone calls, and several promises of return calls once the issue was resolved,I have heard nothing.

On my last call a Ticket was raised, number P012303613.  CVould someone please get back to me on this.
