E mail Still not working

I have spent nearly 5 hours on the phone today with Virgin trying to get them to fix my e mail.They have given various reasons including that it is a country wide problem.

However I try to get in to my account it ends up saying the account is blocked and I need to contact Virgin media! The latest phone call says that it may take up to 5 days for the problem to be looked at!

This is not acceptable.On top of this they say the problem is not of their making and I will not be getting any compensation.Virgin causes the problem but they are not at fault.!!

Have you ever encountered such appaling customer service?

Its hardly surprising that Virgin Customer Service is always bottom of the lists since they employ agents who haven't a clue what you are talking about and ignore your simple questions over and over again. 

I have asked to speak to a complaints manager,they don't have one!!!

Hey @charlestsa,

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your email account, if there is an issue not caused by a fault and we raise this to our team, it can take up to 5 days for this to get looked into, has the issue continued to exist for the time being or have you now gained access?

same - tried all sorts of permutations of browsers, devices, passwords, the works -  only thing that does work is using  a different network via my mobile data .
