A very helpful VM tech guy recently helped me to delete a secondary blueyonder account due to hacking. I have now tried to change my primary account password as a precaution but despite entering a different email address for verification purposes I have been unable to reset this. Could a VM tech support please help me out again?

I'm so sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with your email, can I just confirm from your post, have you now set your log in email to a non Virgin email?
