Cannot verify server settings

I am experiencing issues sending emails from my 3rd party application (Apple Mail) for one of my secondary virgin email addresses. I have generated the app specific password as per the MyVM > Account Settings > Account details > Mailbox App password management instructions and updated in the 3rd party application. The email account receives emails via Apple Mail but cannot send them. Any help gratefully received.

We have email settings here and support for webmail here. There is also support for secondary email addresses here. Let us know if any of these help resolve the issue.
