Cannot access my ntlworld account, password incorrect

I have lost the ability to log into my secondary NTL world account through virgin media web portals but can still access through windows live mail, it says the password is incorrect, which it isn't. More worryingly the secondary account is no longer listed in the primary account but the other two still are. It would be nice to have this one back and accessible as it's my main account that I've used for decades.
