I have been attempting to contact customer care services regarding the cancellation of my broadband service. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to connect with a representative, enduring wait times exceeding two hours on each occasion.

The most reliable method is to write in to
Virgin Media
Sunderland,
SR43 4AA
Remember to include your account number, address, full name and phone number in your letter
And ask for confirmation of delivery.
