For the second time in 2 weeks I cannot access my primary email account. Calling 150 takes me to utterly useless operators who cannot speak clear English and just now, after spending 25 minutes of my trying to get a resolution, they cut me off. This is the last time I will try to get a resolution to this issue - if Virgin media do not solve my issue today, I will cancel my contact and seek a new provider who can give me a reliable email service, which has a call centre with competent operators and who can speak clear in English, and can talk to me in non-jargon terms.

VM will not be replying quickly as this is a Community forum, and it can take a few days for a VM Mod to reply.
In the meantime, are you still a paying VM Customer with a current account.? The email system was overhauled several months ago, and a new "secure" password system was put in place.

How are you trying to access your Virgin Media email? Is this through our webmail service, through a mail app or through a client such as outlook or Gmail?
Can you advise what is happening when your trying to access your email? Any error messages at all?
