I have encountered this problem today nearly 12 months later and still not fixed by VM? I read a reply from I think October 2023 suggesting refreshing over and over and it has worked today but will it keep happening. I do not have Kamo or CCleaner? Wasted an hour today at least. Thanks everyone for your kind help.

We're a little confused as to your post, in it you advise it has worked today? Is the issue intermittent or only happening on one device? If so, which device is it?
