I'm sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the E-Mail account.
Can you please confirm if you have today been able to re-access the inbox to confirm if all these E-Mails are still present?
Please also confirm if these E-Mails are indeed belonging to yourself and are not aimed at a third party
All relevant to me, some going back to 2017. I’ve now cleared them out but it appears that some emails I had saved in subfolders have disappeared.
I’ve also cleared the 1600 or so that appeared in my “sent” box
Thanks for coming back and updating us. We did have some issues with the email service a few days ago but this has since been resolved.
Can you let us know if you are having any further problems?
