Blueyonder email won’t download in App

Hi - I’m having problems again with my blueyonder email not downloading messages in the App unless I’m at home & connected to WiFi. 
This happened a few months ago and I setup a new email address to access Virginmedia. I reset my password on my blueyonder email due to the 3rd party email address issue and it started working again but now it’s suddenly stopped. 
There is no error message just the update wheel going round & round. I’ve changed my blueyonder email password as before but it still won’t work outside the house. I want to be able to use the Apple email App to access my emails.

Any suggestions please?

Hi @Pol22 

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

For third party client applications, you'll need to do the below;

Log in online - virg.in/myVM using the new third party email and password you've set up.

Then go to account settings.

Then go to manage my Virgin Media Email.

Click Generate app password.

This password along with your Blueyonder email, are the details you need to use when you log in via third party application.

Thanks John, I’ve already done what you suggested and changed my password by logging into VM but it still doesn’t work.Ive reset my password twice and it verifies ok when I change the password in my App settings but my emails still won’t download if I’m not in the house and connected to WiFi
